JoCo Flags For Heroes
An initiative of the three Rotary Clubs of Johnston County, NC: Clayton Rotary Club, Cleveland School Rotary Club, and Rotary Club of Central Johnston County, consisting of two displays of American flags located in Clayton, NC and Smithfield, NC, to honor our heroes.
We are excited to host our 4th annual JoCo Flags For Heroes. With your help, we will fly a spectacular display of more than 1500 American flags between two fields of Johnston Health: in Clayton and Smithfield.
In 2020, we started our mission to display American flags to honor the heroes of the members of our community during the pandemic. We continue to honor everyone’s heroes each year: Veterans, current military, first responders, frontline healthcare workers, family, friends, and strangers who have touched our lives and been an inspiration to us all. Flag Sponsorships
Sponsor one or more flags to fly in one of our two fields, Clayton and Smithfield next to Johnston Health Hospitals, to honor your heroes. Sponsor an individual flag or there are Corporate sponsorships available to sponsor multiple flags.

Individual
Sponsorship includes one of our 3′ x 5′ American flags that is mounted on a 10′ pole in either Clayton or Smithfield’s field of honor. The flag will have a commemorative medallion that lists your name and the name of your hero. At the end of the display, you keep the medallion.
Individual Sponsorship: $55
Corporate
Silver
Sponsorship includes three of our 3′ x 5′ American flags that are each mounted on a 10′ pole in either Clayton or Smithfield’s field of honor. Flags will have a commemorative medallion that lists your name and the name of your hero. At the end of the display, you keep the medallions. Your name is also listed on our website on the sponsor’s page, listed on social media posts, and on our sponsor’s banner that is displayed during the entire flag display.
Silver Sponsorship: $250
Corporate
Gold
Sponsorship includes six of our 3′ x 5′ American flags that are each mounted on a 10′ pole in either Clayton or Smithfield’s field of honor. Flags will have a commemorative medallion that lists your name and the name of your hero. At the end of the display, you keep the medallions. Your name is also listed on our website on the sponsor’s page, and listed on social media posts. Your logo will be on our sponsor’s banner that is displayed during the entire flag display.
Gold Sponsorship: $500
Corporate
Platinum
Sponsorship includes twelve of our 3′ x 5′ American flags that are each mounted on a 10′ pole in either Clayton or Smithfield’s field of honor. Flags will have a commemorative medallion that lists your name and the name of your hero. At the end of the display, you keep the medallions. Your name will be listed on social media posts, your logo will be on our website on the sponsor’s page linked to your website, and will be headlining our sponsor banner during the entire flag display.
Platinum Sponsorship: $1000
Proceeds from flag sponsorships afford the three Johnston County Rotary Clubs to fund their community services projects, such as scholarships for high school seniors and worthy causes, including Stop Soldier Suicide. Below is our presentation of a check to Stop Soldier Suicide made possible from proceeds from our 2021 JoCo Flags for Heroes campaign.
