New Member Ribbon Removal

Upon being inducted, each new member receives a New Member ribbon that is attached to their name tag. They keep the ribbon until they complete a requisite number of tasks on the New Member Checklist. Once this is done we hold a Ribbon Removal at which time they become a regular member of the Club and are no longer considered a “Newbie”.
